As it is not possible to examine each and every article at the time of receiving. All articles are thoroughly examined at the factory and any report from the factory about the condition of the article received shall be accepted.
We do not accept the loss or damage to the clothes in theft or the circumstances which are beyond our control except the loss or damage is covered by an insurance force.
WashEasy management is not responsible for any delay in executing the order due to the unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances though every care will be taken to execute the order in time.

In case of any loss or damage to the clothes, a compensation which shall not exceed seven times and shall not be less than five times the cleaning charges and 3 times the cleaning for carpets will be made to the owner within the 1 days of the claim.
In case of any loss or damage to the clothes, the WashEasy will only be responsible for 7 times, the value of work rendered.
The WashEasy management is not responsible for fastness of the colors, shrinkage, loss of item left in pockets or attached to garments.
The garments, curtain, and carpets on which claim has been raised and paid will not be returned to the claimant.
No responsiblity is taken if the color of your carpets are fugitive and if there is any shrinkage.
There is a possibility of 3 inches to 4 inches shrinkage from every side in the first cleaning of woolen carpets.
